Refunds & billing

This policy governs subscription and credit-pack purchases on socialaf.ai. Payments are processed by Whop as merchant of record.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. Billing terms and rates appear at checkout and on your billing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the “Manage billing” link, which stops future charges but does not refund prior payments unless you qualify for a refund exception below. Canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid period.

Refund eligibility

  • First-purchase refund. Full refund available within seven (7) days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds may be denied or reduced when significant credits have already been consumed. We reserve the right to review usage against the refund request.
  • Requests beyond the seven-day window are generally ineligible except where required by law.
  • Credit packs. One-time credit-pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value. Generation credits are a limited, non-transferable right to access features and are not refundable once consumed.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, subscription or order ID, and a short explanation. We target a five-business-day response per our Complaints Policy.

Billing errors

If you notice a billing error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing discrepancies directly and faster than the dispute process.

Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to present documentation to the processor — including generation logs, consumed credit history, and moderation events — showing delivered services.

Accounts terminated for violations of the Content Safety policy or the Anti-Trafficking Policy are ineligible for refunds.
